What is Patient Relations?

Patient Relations receives all forms of feedback from patients, families and the public. MSH values your input. We want to hear what you have to say so we can better understand what we're doing right and what we can do better.
 

When should I contact Patient Relations?

If you have any feedback to share regarding the care or health services received.

  • Complaints about your care or services
  • Suggestions to improve health services
  • Compliments about your experience

There is no time limit to share your feedback - it is reviewed when it is received. However, it is best to bring any complaints forward quickly so they can be addressed.
