  • Medicine
  • Surgery
  • Mental Health
  • Perinatal
  • Paediatrics
  • Operating Room
  • Post Anaesthetic Care Unit
  • Emergency Department
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Critical Care Unit
  • Outpatient clinics such as the Medical Day Unit

In addition to our nursing students, we have students in the following health disciplines here at MSH, for varying lengths of time: psychology, pharmacy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehab assistants, speech language pathology, cardiology technology, midwifery, medical laboratory technology, medical radiation technology, ultrasonographers, pathology assistants, paramedics and social work. The hospital also accommodates requests for students completing Graduate or Post-Graduate studies, as well as those completing continuing education courses such as Critical Care Courses.

As a student at MSH, it is important to become familiar with what educational preparation you are required to complete before your first day. The student handbook is a very informative tool to get you started.

If you want to inquire if your school would accommodate a request to our hospital, please have your school contact:
