We provide Alternate Level of Care (ALC) services to adults who no longer require acute care and are waiting for transfer to a rehabilitation facility, a long-term care home or a home with or without Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) support. Our interdisciplinary healthcare team continues to provide ALC patients with appropriate services and support.
