Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation

How can You contribute?

There are several ways to support the Foundation.

Memorial Gifts are made in memory of a loved one or friend who has passed away.  The Foundation will notify the next of kin of your behalf and the amount of your donation is never disclosed.
Tribute Gifts are donations made in honour of a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or in appreciation of something someone has done for you.  The Foundation will notify the individual(s) of your kindness with a letter on your behalf.  Again, the amount of your gift is never revealed.
Planned Gifts A large portion of the capital of the Foundation under investment today exists only because of the fact that persons continue to leave bequests of a specified amount – and – in some cases – all or part of the residue of their estate to the Foundation.  We gratefully accept these gifts and appreciate those individuals who considered UCH Foundation when preparing their will or estate plan.
Restricted Gifts are contributions made for a specified piece of equipment or project.
General or Annual Gifts These are donations given to the Foundation to use as needed.  The Foundation commits to support capital purchases for the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital each year and these general gifts ensure that the Foundation can continue to meet the Hospital’s ever increasing needs annually.
Special Events: Attending any event that supports the UCH Foundation will benefit the Uxbridge Hospital.
