Where is the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation located?

We are located at:

11 Butternut Lane, Annex North Building
Markham, ON  L3P 3M1

We are not located in the Hospital, but are on the campus.  The Annex Buildings are located between the Hospital's main building and Participation House.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30.p.m.

How can I donate to the Markham Stouffville Hospital?

Does Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation send cards in memory or in honour of an individual?

Yes.  Our donors often give gifts in memory or in honour of friends and loved ones.  When you make a donation, we send a card acknowledging your gift to the family of the deceased or the individual who is honoured.  Visit Commemorative Gifts for more information.

When a gift is made in memory or in honour of someone, is the amount of the donation disclosed in the acknowledgement card?

No.  We keep this information confidential, unless instructed otherwise by you, the donor.
