Markham Stouffville Hospital is Expanding
Our facility was built to provide care to a community of 110,000 and we currently serve a population of 300,000. To continue to provide exceptional progressive community care, we will be building a new addition to the south and west of the existing building that will double the size of the MSH facility. We will also be renovating a number of areas within the existing building.

- New Emergency Department
- Improved and Expanded Ambulatory Clinics
- More Inpatient Beds and Operating Rooms
- New Diagnostic Imaging Department
- New Maternal Child Area
- New Mental Health Unit
